I'm no health expert, and I only had a minor job in the food service industry, but I seem to grasp more about the concept of germs and food contamination than the man who works at the cafe in the art building.

Plastic gloves are meant to keep the germs on your hands off the food you're dealing with. This is undermined when you keep the gloves on as you do everything, such as touching really dirty things like the register keys and money, which I observed today.

Gross.

Will I continue to get food there in the future? Probably.
