How's this for a reminder of time passed. An excerpt from my first conversation on AIM in years:

Me: I don't even talk to anyone on my buddy list. I haven't seen any of them in years.
Me: And one of them is dead.

I thought it was kind of funny. Given the circumstances.

this inspired me to go back and see if i had any of our "AIM logs saved" (dead aim was a great thing) and i do.

flaming noodle : so the boy that i had a little run-in with at kendalls' farm almost exactly a year ago
a man duh 8587 : hahahah
a man duh 8587 : with the purple hat?
flaming noodle : came to julia's sister's apartment
flaming noodle : justin
flaming noodle : so i was feeling really awkward
flaming noodle : and then on the way home tracy and i were wastedddd and fighting over if i actually did black out for a little while or not or if i wanted it
flaming noodle : and we had this big shrill fight about all the different aspects
flaming noodle : while jamie and monty laughed at the nature of girls
flaming noodle : from the front seat
flaming noodle : so. uh. yeah. that's it.
flaming noodle : jamie was like "he probably didn't even remember for most of the time"
flaming noodle (9:12:30 PM): not really a good story
a man duh 8587 (9:12:49 PM): it's funny though
a man duh 8587 (9:13:09 PM): you're not usually on the "overreacting girl" side of the story
flaming noodle (9:13:29 PM): WELL TRACY SAID IT WAS 75/25 AND IT MOST DEFINITELY WAS NOT.

wow. i am overwhelmed by a lot of responses to this all at once.

1) i have no clue when this could be from. freshman year, i guess. i don't remember these events taking place... at all.

2) i can be a lot funnier than that.

3) that's kind of heartwarming, imagining that scene. me freaking out, and a boy saying "he definitely has not even thought of you for one second after you left his sight." which is true!

4) i still maintain, and will until my death, that it was not 75/25. fuck tracy. and all y'all, for that matter.
